4) The Vault
Tucked away in a historical bank building, you’ll find The Vault, a stylish and relaxed restaurant serving New American fare and cocktails. Featuring one of the best outdoor dining spots in town, it’s a great place for casual weekend getaways. Don’t miss their tacos or chorizo-stuffed dates!
5) Royal Crepes
Royal Crepes is one of my favorite restaurants in Beacon, NY. Delicious sweet and savory crepes, perhaps exotic in the Hudson Valley, but so close to my heart (and taste buds) eastern-European cuisine, warm-toned interior with modern rustic accents. Highly recommend it for lunch or brunch. My personal favorites from the savory menu include (sports nutrition/bodybuilding coach-approved choices 😜) Salmon, Feta, Grilled Vegetable Spread & Fried Egg Crepe, and Grilled Chicken, Pesto, Mushroom & Mozzarella Cheese Crepe. On the sweet side, I always go with my customized Banana/Nutella/Strawberries Crepe.
